The IntraSpin™ System

The IntraSpin™ System is intended to be used in the quick and safe preparation of the platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), from a small blood sample taken from the patient care point. The PRF can be mixed with the auto-graft and/or auto-graft before the application of a bone defect to improve the handling characteristics. All you need is a centrifuge without pipetting, mixing, heating or additives. Each component of the IntraSpin™ system was specifically selected and designed to act exactly like a graft delivery.

A-PRF is the advanced method for obtaining healing membranes from the platelet-rich plasma and using them in dental surgical procedures. A-PRF is a technology based on the activation of the patient’s own blood platelets in order to stimulate, regenerate and accelerate the healing of the tissues. It is a technology which allows using the body’s own resources, with excellent results in many pathologies, regenerating the tissues with no side effects. It reduces substantially the recovery periods for fractures, surgical procedures on bones, muscles and tendons. A-PRF is enriched blood plasma, with a high concentration of platelets. A-PRF contains several growth factors and cells which support and stimulate the healing of bones or soft tissues.

L-PRF™ is a 3D autogenous combination of platelet-rich fibrin derived from the patient’s blood. Thus is has simplified the procedure for the production of a thin, compressed layer of platelet-rich fibrin which is strong, flexible and adequate for sutures. This network of natural fibrin is rich in platelets, growth factors and cytokines, which are derived from platelets and leukocytes. The presence of these proteins is said to produce a fast healing, especially during the first seven critical days after the procedure. This recipe promotes a more efficient cellular migration and the proliferation without chemical additives or bovine platelets.
